Mouse & Pen has stores in Aarhus and Ebeltoft, you will find information about the stores below.

 

Due to the Corna situation, both our stores are unfortunately closed until 28 February. But you can still order items for pickup. We arrange pick-up individually. Take a closer look under each store. Christmas gifts exchange deadline extended to March 14, 2021.

We currently have people at the parcel warehouse (Frederiksgade 34) daily between 9 and 12 who can hand out pre-ordered parcels by appointment. If you want afternoon pick-up, this is also possible if we just agree on a fixed day and time, we will contact you regarding. pickup once you have ordered your items.

In Ebeltoft you can pick up at the time you want, as long as we agree on a fixed day and time, we will contact you regarding. pickup once you have ordered your items.

 

GIFT CARD for online purchases:

Unfortunately, we do not have a gift card field in the shop, so the system cannot deduct gift cards automatically yet. When you order at the shop and want to pay with your gift card, the gift card number is written in the comments field and we deduct the amount on the gift card from the order before the money is deducted from the customer's payment card.

 

If you do not buy for more than what the gift card reads, you can also order per. mail. remember to write the gift card number in the email, then we will calculate the amounts and send you a statement.
